Thanks to the help and support of a number of CAv6TF members, the task force succesfully supported the GovTech West 2008 Conference on California's Future held in Sacramento May 12 to May 16, 2008.

Along with State of California, Governor, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Sun Microsystems, COB, Scott McNealy, State of California CIO, Teri Takai,  Editor-in-Chief,Wired Magazine, Chris Anderson, IPv6 Forum, the Honorary Chair, IPv6 Forum,and Google, Chief Internet Evangelist, Vint Cerf made a keynote presentation.

CAv6TF member, Will Murray headed up the CAv6TF booth at the conference expo. His efforts were supported by a number of CAv6TF members, George Usi, Jack Haddon, and John Dedo. In addition to the support of CAv6TF members, Jadoo Power Systems provided resources to successfully present at the expo.
